If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. About Wazazzi

Wazazzi is an intelligent parenting assistant that helps families organize school, sports, activity, travel, meal, and family logistics. The Service may help identify relevant messages, extract dates and tasks, suggest next actions, draft summaries, and create reviewable plans.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use Wazazzi. The Service is intended for parents, guardians, and authorized family users. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Connected Accounts and Permissions

You may choose to connect third-party services, such as email or calendar accounts. By connecting an account, you authorize Wazazzi to access and process the information needed to provide the features you enable.

You can disconnect integrations or change processing controls where those options are available. Disconnecting an integration may limit functionality that depends on that source.

5. AI-Assisted Output and Human Review

Wazazzi uses AI-assisted workflows to extract information, summarize messages, suggest plans, and draft actions. AI-assisted output may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.

You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, dates, reminders, messages, calendar events, and other outputs before relying on them or taking action. Wazazzi is designed to assist parents, not replace parental judgment or independent verification.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data that does not belong to you, interfere with the Service, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to Wazazzi is accurate and that you have the right to connect, share, or process any account, calendar, message, or family information you provide.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that Wazazzi may collect and process information as described in that policy.

8. Communications and SMS

If you opt in to notifications, emails, or SMS messages, Wazazzi may send messages related to your account, family logistics, reminders, product updates, or support. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply for SMS.

You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP.

9. Payments and Paid Features

Some features may be offered for free and others may require payment in the future. If paid features are introduced, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and billing terms will be shown before purchase and will apply to those paid features.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, Supabase, hosting providers, analytics providers, or communication providers. Wazazzi is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Intellectual Property

Wazazzi and its website, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by Wazazzi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by Wazazzi.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wazazzi disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Wazazzi does not provide legal, medical, financial, childcare, transportation, emergency, or professional advice. You should independently verify important information before acting on it.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wazazzi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed events, scheduling conflicts, or reliance on AI-assisted outputs.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Wazazzi or other users, or used the Service unlawfully.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
